Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Address the needs of various personas, including Bank Users (B2C), Digital App Developers, Bank Managers (B2B), and IT Managers, focusing on UX, technical tools, business insights, and security.
Act as the primary product contact for Tier-1 bank IT and marketing stakeholders, presenting roadmaps, gathering feedback, and conducting demos, workshops, and presentations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and client needs to ensure the product remains competitive and gather user feedback to guide product enhancements.
Requirements
6-10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS companies, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or computer science.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital products, SDKs, or APIs.
Customer-facing skills: Demonstrated ability to engage with Tier-1 enterprise clients, particularly IT and marketing leaders, to influence decisions and resolve challenges.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Knowledge of digital customer engagement trends and financial wellness solutions.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to travel abroad to meet customers (up to 8 times a year).
Nice to have
MBA or finance-related degree.
Experience in data and analytics working with data models, ML, and AI.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
