Support the commercial operations leader in SFE & other activities related to driving growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensure first class service contract preparation on customer service contracts; non-contract services; install base data validation and quality.
  • New customers “know your customer” KYC registration process are compliant and complete.
  • Be the gatekeeper to the service P&L by ensuring quality revenue via reconciling actuals against quotes/orders placed making sure there aren’t any variations.
  • Processing ETIMAD requests and all related checklists such as Tender payments, review terms and conditions and submit quote/offer on time.
  • Flag deviations from service standards against customer requests.
  • Conducting regular out of warranty/out of contract & 0$ socket reviews with Service account leaders to ensure consistency and growth on the new capture & renewals rates.
  • Conducting regular IB reviews with Sales team to highlight the De-Installations and make sure with other functions that they are reflected on our systems; thus, having a clean IB
  • Work with Service Account Leaders on their CR% and point out areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Leaders and run profitability analysis, ensuring that our target margins are achieved.
  • Support Commercial Operations Manager in the quarter estimate build-up, in addition to the Annual Business Planning process
  • Act as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to quotes, KYC, PO processing, letters, appendixes.
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experienced in Finance / Sales / Operations preferably within the Healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
  • Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.
  • Arabic & English language capability in both spoken and written
Desired Characteristics
  • Trade and finance background is preferred
  • Good presentation and problem solving skills, thorough attention to detail, and the capability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to change and willingness to be flexible at all times.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to document commercial information in an easy to understand and straightforward manner.
