- Experience in data analytics and hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau or other analytic tools and being able to identify trends and patterns
- Familiarity with ETL and Data Engineering processes including reviewing data integrity and movement controls
- Experience with API integrations between applications
- BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interpret technical lingo to end users and present key metrics and insights to non technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage decentralized team focused on results
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand business and technology-related processes and identify risks
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
