Act as a Digital Operations, Corporate Affairs COE trusted advisor and go to source for all analytical and performance queries within corporate affairs
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy
Analyze data to identify insights, trends, patterns, opportunities and highlight actions in order to improve results
Support different partners on the development and implementation of data-driven decision making
Generate actionable insights from stakeholders and their strategies
Utilize Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on website, social media and internal platform performance metrics
Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities based on data analysis
Train colleagues on best practices
Document processes, data sources, and methodologies
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
Your experience and qualifications
University Degree: Business Administration, International Business, Management, Science, Computing or a related technical degree
3+ years of experience as a data analyst
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Proactive, organized and positive personality
