- EIS Application Support Analyst across Policy, Claims, Billing and Customer
- Expected joining date Immediate.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years’ experience
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in incidents analysis, service request fulfilment, requirement analysis for enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
- Investigate issues reported, collaborate with 3rd party teams for a solution for issues pertaining to 3rd parties, provide fix for customizations.
- Good working knowledge in Dynatrace, heap dump analysis, Grafana,
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Enhance existing software.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proficient in Core Java, Java 8, OOPS concepts, collections, multi-threading, concurrency, lambda, and streams
- Working knowledge in Dynatrace, heap dump analysis, Grafana, GitHub, Backstage, Kafka
- Hands-on experience with various spring modules and JPA
- Hands-on experience in DevOps tools and frameworks like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience of modern API technologies and develop API services using Spring Boot
- Working experience in core technical skills: Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot Microservices, Web Service (REST & SOAP), Apache Camel – CXF, Kafka.
- Good knowledge of SOA architecture and experience in creating and exposing services
- Proficient in SQL and RDBMS SQL Server/ Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Exposure to cloud-based application development (Azure/AWS)
- Good SQL skill
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Preferred to have knowledge in EIS - Policy Core / Claims Core/ Billing Core / Customer Core / DXP Capabilities
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.

- Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
- Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.
- Should have willingness to get trained on new technology and provide necessary support.
