What you'll do

In your role as Working Student supporting the Office of the Head of Public Cloud ERP Engineering your specific tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Support with coordination tasks of the Office team
  • Help with setting up project teams and participate in projects working closely with the Public Cloud engineering leadership team.
  • Maintenance and Updates of information material for various target audiences in different formats like PowerPoint or Word or Blog articles.
  • Project support in relation to change management and communications planning (What, When, How, to which audience?)
  • Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and to provide feedback.
  • Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement.
  • All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team.

What you bring

You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

  • Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
  • Background in IT is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
  • Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken
