What you'll do

As a member of the SIX Design & Piloting team, you will gain valuable insights into our Solution Innovation & Experience organization and contribute to various creative projects. You will learn how we demonstrate value to customers worldwide through our Experience Centers and numerous events, all supported by a unified platform for content, experience sharing, collaboration, and learning.


In this role, your primary responsibilities will include supporting project management by creating presentations, organizing events and workshops, and helping with various strategic initiatives. By doing so, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of technology and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will become familiar with many back-office activities, including administrative tasks, data management, and operational processes that ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. Additionally, you will manage internal communications by coordinating our MS Teams channel, maintaining our SharePoint site, and writing internal announcements.


What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications or comparable fields of study
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Planner, Project)
  • Language skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Soft skills: expert in organizing, dedication to deliver high-quality results, open for learning, team player
  • Nice-to-have qualifications: Project Management, experience in communications, text writing, generative AI, content creation, social media and administrative tasks
