Minimum Qualifications and Core Competencies:• Five or more years of legal practice and/or risk management or compliance experience.
• J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Currently licensed to practice in the courts of one or more states.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple matters at once.
• Very strong legal analytical and oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with internal clients, other PNC attorneys, opposing counsel, and PNC outside counsel in transactions/negotiations.
• Knowledge of legislative, regulatory, and case law developments affecting the areas of expertise noted above.
• Significant corporate transactional experience.
• Sound independent judgment, finely-tuned problem-solving skills, and discretion in order to perform work with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications:• Demonstrated experience in the substantive regulatory areas and in drafting and negotiating agreement provisions.
• Significant experience with interpreting output from banking regulatory agencies and applying agency activity to corporate transactions.
Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $76,000 – $239,000
