Provide leadership and overall responsibility for the site's operational excellence.

Drive delivery, cost, and cycle time improvements, ensuring the implementation of initiatives to create a world-class operating environment.

Develop short and long-range plans to guarantee the attainment of operational results.

Oversee Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources functions.

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability in achieving business goals.

BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management.

7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management.

Proven experience in Operations Management within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.

Understanding of P&L and operations financial management.

Green belt, Black Belt, or Lean Certification preferred.

Fluency in German and English required.

Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Demonstrated experience driving operational and business results and building strong teams with positive employee relations.

Knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality management.

Ability to implement Lean manufacturing and other process improvement initiatives.

Proven ability to lead change and establish operational metrics for process control, communication, and performance improvement.

Develop internal talent for succession planning and personnel development.
