What You’ll Do
  • Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement national growth strategiesto accelerate merchant success on UberEats, driving category-wide performance improvements.
  • Own Merchant Marketing Strategy: Oversee theend-to-end management of co-marketing and launch plans for some of the largest grocery, convenience, alcohol, and retail partners in North America.
  • Partner with Senior External Stakeholders: Present strategies and secure buy-in fromexecutive leadershipat top national and regional grocery/retail chains, navigating complex decision-making structures.
  • Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Analyze key performance indicators,develop sophisticated data models, and provide insights to drive growth.
  • Program Management & Execution: Spearhead l arge-scale operational initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of retail merchant partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams—including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations—tooptimize the merchant experience and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Drive Scalability: Build frameworks, playbooks, and processes that canscale across markets and partnersto create long-term efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience instrategy, operations, business management, growth, management consulting, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, marketplace growth operations, or corporate strategy
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, especially working with senior leadership
  • Experience in grocery, retail, or CPG industries is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to own and scale strategic programs that drive business growth
  • Bias toward action, simplification, and cross-functional execution

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year - USD$155,000 per year.

For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year - USD$155,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
