WalkMe is hiring a Revenue Enablement Manager for our Business Development (BDR) organization . You will support the BDR organization by being a dedicated resource and improve the BDR Playbook, develop a best-in-class onboarding program and build out certification programs to develop top talent within WalkMe. You will report to the Head of Global Revenue Enablement.
What You'll Own
  • Develop an onboarding program for new reps that teaches and encourages positive behavior
  • Build out certification programs for BDRs (Account Executive, Renewal Manager, Solution Engineer, etc.)
  • Continuously refine the BDR Playbook
  • Own and maintain the BDR tool stack
  • Significantly influence the contact to qualified sales process
  • Drive Value Selling methodology
  • Create and standardize reporting using available data that are easy to comprehend by all Sales Leadership
  • Coach the team on Value Selling, buyer personas and account-based selling motions
  • Work closely with Managers to identify performance gaps within the BDR organization and design onboarding content that improves results
  • Develop curriculums that scale to the learner's requirements/position via Confluence and WalkMe DAP content
  • Analyze call data on the company's call recording platform (Gong).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs by identifying and tracking key metrics that drive productivity
  • Manage the use of relevant learning and development tools
What You Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital adoption, sales enablement, instructional design, or sales training
  • Contribute to and lead small work groups, process team and focus groups
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and program management
  • Experience working in a sales, marketing, customer success, or sales operations environment
  • Advanced skill in using computer software applications such as Google Suite

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting OTE for this role is between $100,000 and $130,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
