The Cloud Technology Specialist will serve as a critical resource in advancing our cloud technology initiatives, bridging the gap between our clients' needs and cutting-edge solutions. This role involves leading and implementing cloud-based projects, fostering strong client relationships, and mentoring junior engineers. The Cloud Technology Specialist will be instrumental in integrating new technologies, ensuring project success, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain robust client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding service to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagements.
• Technology Integration: Champion the integration of new technologies and methodologies to stay at the forefront of industry advancements and maintain our competitive edge.
• Mentorship: Mentor and cultivate junior engineers, aiding in their professional growth and ensuring their effective contribution to project success.
• Presentations and Reporting: Prepare and present persuasive presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders, articulating the benefits and impact of process engineering initiatives.
• Project Oversight: Oversee project budgets, resources, and schedules, guaranteeing profitability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of information technology experience with a strong emphasis on cloud technology in a consulting and client-facing capacity.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and management experience in cloud technology-related projects, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
• Technology Platforms: Have experience in one or more of the following: Azure, AWS, GCP, VMWare, Rancher, RedHat OpenShift
• Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members at all levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software, as well as standard office applications.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and oversee project execution.
