Innovation and Solutions:

  • Implementation of innovative solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals to enhance operational efficiency and drive business innovation. This involves evaluating new technologies, integrating systems, and developing digital strategies that will transform processes and provide a competitive edge in the market.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within each Sub Service Line to improve efficiencies and margin.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Oversee the execution of data analytics activities, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with EY Teams / data analysts to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate resources and tasks effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and project objectives.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify deviations from plan and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably with an emphasis in business, accounting or technology and a minimum of 4 years related work experience.
  • Business Intelligence and Data Analyst experience
  • Experience in designing, setting up and managing project workplans and budgets; leading work streams for a large, complex program involving multiple, related projects as the project/program manager.
  • Strong team and project management skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills as well as a strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Proficiency required in MS 365, including a very strong emphasis on use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Visio
  • Experience with MS Power Platform, MS Power BI
