Roles and Responsibilities | Bid Management: Respond to RFx designed to address client’s business requirement specifications, opportunities and pursuits, proposal authoring and presentations Support the Pursuit owner and bid manager across the entire bid lifecycle to ensure timely and good quality deliverables Delivers pricing quote requests with good understanding of different commercial elements Sales Enablement Contribute to collateral repository for offerings, research, credentials, standard templates, and other pursuit material Contribute to MIS reporting & insights: Pursuit lifecycle tracking, bid-logs, win-loss, reporting, dashboards and participating in governance to drive sales metrics Contribute to process improvements and self-driven Adherence to global and functional standards and best practices in bids |
Skillset required | Excellent communications and presentation skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, stringent deadlines, prioritise effectively and multi-task Proficient in MS Office/Office 365 tools |
