JOB PURPOSE

Executive the HR services processes for Brazil: benefits administration, personnel administration, and data management according to regional and global frameworks.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure the execution with the excellence of the HR Services/Hire to Retire processes like Leave and Absence Administration (vacations, sick/parental/maternity leaves), and correct registration with the local government, Master data Management (people and organizational data management), Manage SAP Maintenance of Data according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity.
  • Ensure the proper enrollment and exclusions of company benefits for employees according to company policies.
  • Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes.
  • Manage HR Services and benefits vendors.
  • Ensure proper and timely payment of all HR Services/H2R-related invoices while adhering to the company’s payment terms.
  • Ensure the correct participation, collaboration, and preparation for government and company requirements and audits in the processes related to the area.
  • Work in alignment with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities.
  • Partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and ensuring best-in-class services.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced in the job and fully qualified/trained for the countries that will support.
  • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of Brazil's local processes, practices, and labor law
  • Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g.: SAP, Success Factors).
  • Knowledge of local Labor System of Government (e.g.: Conectividade Social, E-Social, DCTF Web).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 to 5 years of work experience
  • English proficiency
  • Portugues proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or other related careers
