Job Description
- Responsible for supporting the Country Supply Lead on Colombia’s logistics operations on the highest standard of compliance, service level, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
- Responsible for Logistics including import, trade compliance, liaison with decentralized planner, 3PL partners, Distributor, Alliance Partners, sites and freight forwarders, and working closely with internal stakeholders mainly from Human Health, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Regional SCM and Customer Service.
- Support in Distribution projects, coordinate activities of continuous improvement for Supply Chain operations.
- Supporting Finance management, for transportation, warehouse and other supply spends, responsible for costs control and optimization initiatives impacting local and regional budget.
- OEA Lead for Colombia
Education/experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or equivalent
- MBA desirable
- 2+ years of experience in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, and financial analytics.
- Experience and knowledge using SAP
- Analytical and strong organizational skills with perceptive attention to detail.
- Process improvement and customer service.
- Networking & Patnership: Build strong relationship with colleagues from different areas of the organization, Analytical and evidence when making decisions
