  • 2+ years working in mid-market, partner business or equivalent with knowledge of the needs and challenges for small to midsize customers.
  • 2+ years building and running global programs.

TheAzure Infrastructure Senior Program Lead - Small and Medium Businessis a leader within the Infra and Migrations Programs team, responsible for the following priorities:

  • Lead Azure Infra SMB sales strategy development with specific emphasis on the scalable programs to enable & empower Microsoft breadth partners to achieve more, including targeted solution cohorts and execution guidance for prioritized partners as well as Digital Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) working with Azure Direct accounts.
  • Land SMB Infra programs and readiness to ensure that all SMB leads and key partners understand and leverage our Azure program portfolio to unlock new business value for customer and Microsoft.
  • Capture voice of SMB customer and partner with regular engagements to understand core needs and communicate critical insights to Infra Go-to-Market leadership team (GTM LT) and Product Marketing.
  • Consolidate and action top programmatic blockers highlighted by SMB Field on quarterly basis with correction of errors change plan.
  • Directly engage top Azure SMB indirect partners to support co-sell wins and plan joint tactical business development plans to expand market demand.
  • Lead SMB Stakeholder alignments for Azure across SMB Field, Product group, Global Partner group and Field Marketing Sales Enablement & Operations (SE+O) teams to ensure transparency, clear communications and best practice sharing wherever possible.
