As a Management Support to the Luxembourg Asset Management CEO within Asset & Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency and strategic initiatives of JPMAME. You will work directly with the CEO and the Head of the Governance Office, providing comprehensive support across a range of cross-functional activities that influence various departments and the broader Client Service function
Job responsibilities:
- Support the CEO, including assistance in developing and tracking the annual budget of the Client Service function, including related compensation and non-compensation expenses, monitoring budget status, headcount, recruitment, and travel expenses as well as management of team capacity matrix.
- Work in partnership with the JPMAME Finance team and Conducting Officer.
- Collaborate with the head of the Governance Office, serve as the point of contact for location-related initiatives (e.g., building, staff delegation), coordinate reviews and implementation of new regulatory obligations’ together, manage ad-hoc requests or initiatives from the CEO as well as certain administrative tasks.=
- Assist the CEO with materials for internal communications.
- Assist the CEO with preparation of external communications / presentations for clients, internal visitors, regulators, internal forums as well as general industry data or surveys.
- Support to the CEO in facilitating talent review sessions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Multitasking ability: proven track record of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Co-ordination skills: experience in planning, executing, and closing initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Communication proficiency: strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports. Skilled at building strong relationships across business operations, including with senior management.
- Financial acumen: competence in managing operational expense budgets and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and creatively to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of the financial sector and core governance requirements for Management Companies is a valuable addition.
