Your Impact
- Lead the ongoing design and implementation of new Workday functionality—from creative enhancements to the rollout of end-to-end automation initiatives.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement and innovative mindset to identify, recommend, and improve current systems and processes.
- Actively manage production support tickets, providing responses and resolutions within agreed SLA timelines.
- Work closely with COE Leads and technical teams to gather requirements, recommend and design solutions, implement them, and ensure user ease of adoption.
Your Experience
- UG/PG in any relevant qualification or equivalent military experience required
- 5 to 10 years of experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Sound knowledge of Workday fundamentals, including but not limited to: Core HCM, Business Process Management and Security
- 3+ years experience with advanced Workday reporting and dashboard implementations is required
- Experience with Workday Bi-Annual Release Testing
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, RAAS definitions, and Core Connector.
- Experience working with PECI/PCOF Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Onboarding and Absence Management functionality (including end-to-end implementation from design to deployment).
- Expertise in Core & Advanced Compensation is highly preferred.
- Skilled at working with cross-functional/regional teams to understand and address functional and data-related requirements.
- Ability to influence the adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects through strong project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively convey and discuss design rationale—emphasis on thought partnership and collaboration.
- Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions, and processes, including a sound understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impacts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a global, dynamic environment, adopting an iterative design process—we move fast, listen, adapt, and quickly incorporate feedback, collaborating relentlessly.
