Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+years experienceworking in product or service design
  • Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+years experienceworking in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g.,demonstratedexperience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, Film Production, Journalism, Communications,MotionDesignor a related field
  • OR related field AND 8+ years of experience working in productorservice design,or professional work experience equivalent, graphic design, visual design, motion design, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
  • Experience usingvideo editing software and animation tools to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe CC, Premier Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom or Cinema4D a plus.
  • Experience aligning video content
  • Experience managing and/or supportingmultiple projects simultaneously, ensuringtimelydelivery of high-quality content.
  • You stayup to datewith industry trends and best practices in video editing and animation.
  • An online portfoliodemonstratingyour experience in video editing and motion design.

Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer and lead on the team, you willbe responsible forcoordinating, planning, assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, animate video content and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the creative director and partners.
  • To ensure successin this role, you should have working knowledge of modern video editingtechniques andbe able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.Ultimately, atop-notch video editor can perfectly translate an idea into a beautifully crafted film or video piece, worthy of broadcasting for our internal and external audiences.
  • willbe responsible forconceptingand creating high-quality vision and concept videos, executive presentations, and storytelling content. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail,a senseof visual aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling audio-visual content while coordinating and planning in collaboration with the team, creativedirectorand the lead producer.
