Role and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new partnerships
  • Be the face of our company with frequent visits to customer and partner sites, primarily in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify focus areas and craft strategies tailored to our customers’ needs
  • Take ownership of account strategies and contribute to their successful execution
  • Identify new opportunities by staying attuned to customer needs and market trends in the defined region
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales, Sales Operations, HQ, and global account teams to align efforts and drive success
  • Participate in customer meetings independently or alongside Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Share weekly reports to highlight progress, trends, and strategic directions
  • Act as a bridge between Device Solutions Europe and customer sites

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or relevant fields
  • Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, operations, and cost models
  • Good knowledge of application markets and customers, particularly in the Server and PC sectors

  • A consultative sales mindset, always thinking ahead and anticipating customer needs
  • A strong orientation towards customer success, with a focus on building long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers as well as internal stakeholders
  • A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently
  • A proactive, flexible, and creative personality who thrives in multicultural environments
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus for effective local communication
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills to convey information effectively and inspire action
