Role and Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new partnerships
- Be the face of our company with frequent visits to customer and partner sites, primarily in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify focus areas and craft strategies tailored to our customers’ needs
- Take ownership of account strategies and contribute to their successful execution
- Identify new opportunities by staying attuned to customer needs and market trends in the defined region
- Work hand-in-hand with our Sales, Sales Operations, HQ, and global account teams to align efforts and drive success
- Participate in customer meetings independently or alongside Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and support
- Share weekly reports to highlight progress, trends, and strategic directions
- Act as a bridge between Device Solutions Europe and customer sites
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or relevant fields
- Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, operations, and cost models
- Good knowledge of application markets and customers, particularly in the Server and PC sectors

- A strong orientation towards customer success, with a focus on building long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers as well as internal stakeholders
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently
- A proactive, flexible, and creative personality who thrives in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus for effective local communication
- Strong presentation and reporting skills to convey information effectively and inspire action
