Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract, identify, source, qualify, engage, and onboard top contractor talent for both client-facing and internal project roles.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, developing a network of key contacts to enhance the pipeline of CW prospects for current and future openings.
  • Possess a deep understanding of MENA labor laws, EY service lines, and business units, effectively promoting the firm’s key differentiators.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and business stakeholders, proactively sharing market knowledge, data insights, trends, and intelligence with relevant audiences.
  • Cultivate relationships with external agencies and develop networks to support candidate identification, while managing offer discussions and closing candidates.
  • Work autonomously on a daily basis, seeking guidance from Recruitment Leadership on complex issues as needed.
  • Engage business stakeholders to drive their involvement in the selection process, regularly evaluating sourcing channels and utilizing data and analytics to inform strategy and hiring decisions.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Demonstrated understanding of recruitment trends and market knowledge, adding value to the recruitment process.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective recruitment strategies with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in assessment methods, including competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing, technical assessments, and assessment centers.
  • Collaborative approach with regional and functional leads in campus recruitment, experienced hire recruitment, mobility, talent sourcing, and employer branding.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Approximately 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, attracting candidates up to Director level from various sources, including internal recruitment systems, networks, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing specialist or complex recruitment briefs, including senior hires, with minimal guidance.
  • Previous experience in end-to-end contract recruitment and/or short-term contract placements within the MENA region.
  • Strong knowledge of MENA immigration laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage key recruitment areas independently while establishing oneself as a valued and trusted recruitment business partner.
  • Capacity to identify when to share information with the team or escalate significant issues.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting.
  • Client-centric mindset.
