Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of global initiatives to improve AllCloud operations for Delivery, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and other departments.
• Support ongoing operations of systems and processes through monitoring and continuous improvements.
• Developing and documenting standards for business processes and procedures within the organization.
• Own, organize, and facilitate project planning; schedule and lead project meetings; and ensure completion of project tasks by project resources.
• Identify and remove project impediments, remediate identified risk items, and facilitate project conflict resolution as necessary.
• Reporting on project status and recommending changes to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
• Analyzing business processes across the AllCloud organization to determine how to improve them.
• Polish technical & executive-level presentations, maintaining a consistent “look & feel” across all deliverables
• Execute change management tasks through the creation of documentation and communication for any new tool or processes being launched

• 7+ years of project management experience with a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, Smartsheets, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field. Commensurate work experience will be considered instead of a degree.
• Excellent organizational skills. You can conscientiously manage and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines.
• The experience to manage risks, take ownership of complex efforts, and mediate between competing interests and personalities to get an alignment and motivate change.
• Strong technical fluency and understanding of how multiple systems fit together can communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Superb communication and presentation skills, including communicating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proven talent for building consensus and driving change. You are outcome-focused and results-oriented.
• Experience with understanding stakeholder needs, breaking them down into deliverables, and building a realistic project plan of tasks to accomplish the deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project or process certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, Six Sigma, etc.
• Experience working as a business analyst or consultant
• Project management or business analyst experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Netsuite.
• Work Location: Hybrid - Bucharest office 1-3 days per week
• Work Hours: Extended hours twice a week: 11 am - 8 pm EET to support NA projects as needed.
