Active support during operations and follow-up examinations
Primary contact person for technical and product-related questions and problems
Organization and implementation of customer training and congress visits
Maintaining active customer relationships and building new ones
Supporting our sales team and the marketing department
Exchange of information with Sales and the Customer Service department
YOUR SKILLS PROFILE
Successfully completed training as a nurse or a comparable activity such as OTA/MTA with corresponding professional experience or successfully completed studies in medical technology or a comparable course of study
Professional experience in the field of medicine and/or medical technology
Enjoy working with people
Strong customer orientation, strong communication skills and reliability
Experienced with the MS Office package
Business fluent/Native French skills, very good written and spoken English and at least basic German skills
Great flexibility, e.g. in terms of willingness to travel, ideally with residence in western Switzerland
