• Conduct research projects to break new ground and develop innovative solutions
• Maintain and build embedded OS on FPGA/SoC platforms
• Write driver software and applications
• Execute technical activities and projects within own responsibility area
• Develop specialist knowledge and solve complex engineering problems
• Participate in technical studies and generate company intellectual property
• Demonstrate initiative and contribute to problem solving
• Communicate and network effectively with team and functional leadership

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of directly related experience
• Experience with radio hardware platforms (SoC, FPGA)
• Expertise in embedded Linux
• Proficient in C/C++ programming
• Knowledge of git structure and repository management
• Familiarity with real-time programming
• Understanding of test methodology and automation
• Knowledge of scripting languagese.g. Matlab, Python, Bash
