Your responsibilities will include:

  • Principal Specialist will focus on 3 main strategies:​
  • In partnership with the enterprise learning and development team and HRBP for Global IT, develop and implement a learning strategy including but not limited to:​
  • Development of an enterprise curricula for different employee personas ​
  • Coordinate the embedding of AI capability development within all enterprise employee, manager and leadership programs​
  • Leading the development of an EC and Senior Executive learning session ​
  • Collaboration with the enterprise talent management and “one connect” team to author knowledge articles ​
  • Identification of learning modules available within existing learning platforms including linkedIn learning, Udemy, Coursera etc​
  • Instructional design of training content as needed​
  • Build a deployment plan for training and facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions as needed ​
  • In partnership with the Global talent team, identify opportunities to embed AI within hiring, onboarding, performance management and TRSP processes.​
  • Build out a change management and communication plan

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably with a passion for and aptitude for AI and machine learning.​
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a comprehensive and multi-faceted learning strategy.​
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and various applications with the ability to translate knowledge into accessible learning.​
  • Demonstrated project management skills including the ability build networks, execute, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.​
  • Experience with learning management systems and other eLearning platforms.​
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and SMEs across the Global functions​
  • 5+ years’ experience in an L&D role with a focus on developing innovative solutions​
  • Bachelors Degree desired
