Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in an administrative capacity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an extraordinary attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience supporting high-level executives with administrative support including strategic calendar prioritization, event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting and project management
  • Proven ability to take initiative, foster trust and build strong, productive relationships, with cross-functional teams and partners
  • Extraordinary organizational, time management and administration skills with an exceptional response rate
  • Experience approaching ambiguous challenges with curiosity and creative problem solving skills
  • Exceptional handling confidentiality on all business matters, while remaining calm and confident under pressure
  • Experience working effectively in a highly-matrixed organization across timezones
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong interpersonal relationship skills is a plus
  • Interest and creativity in building team culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools are a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $29.90 and $53.20/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
