The Role
Client Delivery
- Deliver solutions leveraging subject matter expertise across one or more of EY’s People Consulting offerings, which include operating model design, organization design, change management, learning and development, culture transformation and DEI, strategic workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Lead client delivery teams, delivering the defined scope of work within quality standards, timelines, and budget.
- Establish plans to deliver high-quality services within expected timeframes, monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing experience to solve complex problems and developing strong relationships within the client organization.
Business Development
- Support the development of proposals and sales materials to support business growth
- Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service offerings and proactively driving on-sell and expansion opportunities for People Consulting and/or across business lines.
- Develop long-term client relationships and networks, fostering deep connections with clients and other EY team members across all practices.
Practice Development
- Responsible for supporting the development of our People Consulting practice
- Plays a role in maturing and growing areas of technical expertise, bringing in new ideas and ways of working
- Plays an active role in recruitment efforts, including referrals, events, interviews, etc. to bring the best talent to the team.

- Accountable for timely and honest feedback to team members, effectively identifying and leveraging skills, escalating performance issues as appropriate and investing time in coaching / development

- This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in English is required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's degree with an emphasis in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant studies
- Approximately 5-8 years of related professional services / consulting work experience
- Deep experience in one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Training, Organizational/Operating Model Design, Culture Change, Workforce Planning
- Project management experience

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $93,500 to $165, 500. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
