Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in ad operations or ad monetization role.
5 years of experience working for or with broadcasters or streamers on Video or CTV monetization.
Experience with online video advertising (i.e., video ad serving, programmatic monetization technologies, and key standards) and trends (i.e., consumer behavior, ad lite trends and regulatory developments).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ad Manager for Video, Google Dynamic Ad Insertion, and programmatic monetization with Google Authorized Buyers.
Understanding of demand sources and supply paths of high value demand and how to implement them.
Ability to read, run, and write SQL queries for data analysis.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
Ability to communicate in one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
