What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement successful campaigns across key Service cloud solutions - this includes Field Service, health and AI for Field Service
- Personally build new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others to thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities
- Understand the commercial aspects of the Service Cloud solution
- Exceed an annual sales quota by running a full sales cycle to address client problems and transform their business as related to their contact center needs
- Enable and educate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek Service Cloud opportunities
- Be customer facing as required
Sales Specialist is a high energy team. You will need to be comfortable juggling multiple activities, people and opportunities at one time.
