Role details: - Can be based in Shenzhen/Hangzhou
- At least 4-8 years of prior experience in logistic solution sales/account or program management/business development or relevant
- Experience in e-commerce/retail FMCG/logistic industry is an added advantage
Key job responsibilities - Generate insights and conduct in-depth analysis to understand seller pain point to influence product development and process improvements. - Provide post-sales support and product guidance to third-party sellers
- Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- 6+ years relevant experience with client facing roles with a focus on sales & data analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Logistic relevant experience
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
