What you'll be doing
  • Lead the Customer Success BI function end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and stakeholder management across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define KPIs, dashboards, and data models that guide business decisions and measure success.
  • Drive analytical insights, and build and maintain scalable BI infrastructure in partnership with data engineering (Looker, Tableau, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to support business planning, and develop processes for data governance, quality assurance, and self-serve analytics.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of analysts and BI developers.
  • Stay ahead of AdTech and analytics trends, bringing innovation into our analytics capabilities.
What we're looking for
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data strategy — with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Prior experience in AdTech, MarTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media is required.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode.
  • Experience working with large data sets and modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Redshift).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to influence non-technical stakeholders with data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-impact, insight-driven projects
You might also have
  • Familiarity with core games industry vernacular and business processes.
  • MBA or advanced degree in analytics, data science, or business is a plus.

Gross pay hourly$164,700—$298,558 USD
