Requirements for the role:
Bilingual: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the technology sector, specifically selling to communications service providers or the energy/utility, public sector, or other vertical segments

Communication & Presentation Skills: Polished communication and strong presentation skills
Interpersonal Skills: Confident, charismatic, and able to build strong relationships

Telecom Industry Knowledge: Broad and deep understanding of the telecom industry

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications & Education:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, telecommunications, business, or a related field
Experience: 5+ years of proven direct sales experience in the telecommunications/IT & related services industry. Enterprise sales experience is highly preferred
Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the German market and industry dynamics, including competitor trends, with specific knowledge of IP, Optics, and Fixed Access Networks solutions
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close deals, consistently exceeding sales targets
Collaboration Skills: Experience working within a matrix organization and effective communication skills across all levels
