1. Process quality control
• Participate in and promote the improvement work of CPK 2.0
• On-site SPC control at key control points; regular process capability monitoring for key projects
• Weekly/monthly quality data statistical analysis, TOP problem improvement and tracking
• Lead/participate in the improvement of internal sudden quality issues.
• Develop a plan to implement product audits and process audits
2. Laboratory management
• Regular measurement system analysis management (measurement type & counting type), external calibration management of measuring tools
• Regular internal calibration management of on-site inspection tools and auxiliary inspection equipment
• On-site inspection tools and auxiliary inspection tools for verifying the effectiveness of class management and control
• Participate in the design of experimental schemes for new projects, as well as the formulation and management of product testing instructions
• Laboratory qualification management recognized by customers (such as GP10)
• Automated measurement and computerized detection data
3. Customer quality and system management;
• Improvement analysis of client-side quality issues and timely output of 8D reports
• Internal/external quality issue list management
• Manage internal changes in accordance with the company's change management process
• Participate in BIQS management
• Participate in internal audit of quality system
• Product PPAP development, review, and daily management
