Your responsibilities will be to:
Lead quality performance indicator review, drive continuous quality improvement actions.
Lead customer quality issue management, developing clear 5W2H problem definitions.
Implementing robust supply chain containment actions.
Lead systematic root cause analysis applying 5-Why and 8D problem solving methodology.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings.
Manage customer communications, providing reports and corrective actions.
Support internal quality performance review providing quality data and analytics.
Drive lessons learnt, roll out improvement actions across similar production lines and products.
Our requirements:
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree
Good command of English
6 year and above quality management experience, knowledge in motor configurations and/or work in motor industries will be an added advantage
Skilled in quality tools like PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
Understand well the usage of G8D report.
Good demonstration of usage for fish bone, FTA & 5Why
Strong command in quality seven tools and six sigma knowledge
Soft skill to work with customer
Solution oriented, able to independently solve the quality issue with CFT and presentation skills to customer
Able to command and lead customer audit
