Responsibilities as below but not limited to:

  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional support teams;
  • Support in WIP/AR management;
  • Support budget planning;
  • Other operation related tasks;

To qualify for the role you must have

  • You are a fresh graduated or having 1 year experience in admin or operation work
  • Preferably major in accounting, finance, business, economics, foreign trade, banking....
  • Proficient level of business English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Good in interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Willingness to learn;
