Guide and coordinate Technicians on shift, taking primary ownership for their training and ability to maintain conformance to quality procedures and specifications
Interact with the PC team members and Quality Engineering to allow for the proper flow of critical to quality parts and sampling upon arrival at warehouse
Provide day to day support on quality concerns escalating findings to Quality Engineering for SCAR creation and develop and implement short/long term countermeasure to quality problems while maintaining operation efficiency
Adhere to strict 5S standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area
Observe all safety policies during the execution of required tasks
Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, defined plans, CAD drawings and written/verbal instructions
Provide coaching and training to technicians define goals and performance metrics
