As a Documentation and Closing Loan Servicer within the Lending Services team, you will be responsible in providing administrative/operational support for the Loan Closers with Real Estate - Documentation and Closing. You must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform research for loan closings and reporting requests
- Initiate third party requests for tax service contracts
- Facilitate and submit requests for original document retrieval and callback verifications
- Monitor and action documentation exceptions to satisfy collateral requirements for closed loans
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure required documentation is received and imaged per bank policy
- Assist loan closers with administrative tasks
- Manage Special projects as required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly acclimate to proprietary systems
- Ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines, adapting to changing priorities
- Detail oriented with a analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal level of supervision and as part of a team
- Self –starter who works well in a fast – paced environment with multiple active deliverables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Two+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- Legal document review experience – Loan Agreement, Promissory Note, Mortgage, etc.
- Experience working with external vendors and other parties
