EY Senior Accountant Travel & Expense SAP Concur Finance Team

Your key responsibilities

• Oversee the submission of expense reports through SAP Concur
• Review and verify expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies and process reimbursements to employees in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the SAP Concur system to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ensure all expenses adhere to the company's travel and expense policy and assist in updating and refining expense policies as needed
• Communicate with employees regarding any discrepancies or violations of the expense policy
• Provide training and support to employees on how to use SAP Concur for expense reporting
• Assist with the month-end close process by reconciling expense report data
• Act as the primary contact for SAP Concur support

Skills and attributes for success

• Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above
• Good command of Excel

To qualify for the role you must have

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance, or a related field
• Good knowledge of SAP Concur
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support
• Are inquisitive, confident and flexible – you thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
• Have a close attention to detail and a global mindset

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with ERP systems and integration with SAP Concur
