Healthcare Project Manager with German
As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery team, you will participate in international projects, leading projects and programs for our global market clients. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting our client's trough they transformation and organization change journeys. You will also be part of team creating industry leading solutions in widely understood project management services.
Your key responsibilities:
Conducting market, competition, and customer analyses, as well as SWOT analyses.
Deriving strategic implications for clients within the context of technological innovations and regulatory frameworks in healthcare.
Developing digital strategy and new strategic directions for competitive positioning.
Deriving transformation projects in the context of digitization and customer-centricity.
Generating new business potentials, ideas for products, services, and processes through customer-centric prototyping and creating product visions.
Co-responsibility for steering strategy and transformation projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Utilizing a range of methods from project management to Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
Skills and attributes for success
Good planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details and errorless delivery.
Excellent professional communication skills, ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details, terminology, and fit-to-purpose communication.
Strong project management skills including agile methods.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on healthcare.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Prior experience (internship or student work) in digital strategy, transformation, or digital product development and customer-centricity is desirable.
Experience or a strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, health insurance companies, or medical manufacturers.
Experience in software deployment projects.
Analytical and precise work style, along with experience in agile and user-centered methods.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in working at consulting companies.
