Your key responsibilities
As a Junior Consultant in Project Management, your key responsibilities will be:
• Cooperate with Senior Consultants / Project Managers on delivering client engagements, providing valuable support.
• Execute key project indicators established by Senior Consultants / PMs, such as scope, timeline & budget.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and assist in developing client solutions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client engagements.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients.
• Stay abreast of industry and participate in relevant training programs.
Skills and attributes for success
As a recent graduate (with at least a bachelor’s degree), you are at the initial stages of defining your career path taking into consideration Project Manager role as a key direction. The following skills will set you apart:

• Ability to work independently on given tasks (related to managing project lifecycle from initiation to closure).
To qualify for the role, you must have
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or degree from studies including Project Management faculty.
• Fluency in spoken and written German ( min. C1)
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Corporate experience (from internships, or regular employment).
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Past experience in PMO with a willingness for change into Junior Project Manager role.
• Knowledge in industries & sectors such as Banking, Pharma/Healthcare, GPS, ESG, Cybersecurity, IT, Finance, AI, or different sectors focus.
• Completed courses, or certificates related to Project Management, Agile, Scrum.
• Knowledge of MS Share Point, MS Project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, other project management tools.
• Native, or bilingual proficiency in other foreign languages than English.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
