What you'll do

• Collect Business Requirements from Clients
• Design and develop Technical solution that will meet Client’s business requirements on top of SAP C4C standard functionality
• Configure, format, customize, and test SAP C4C solution.
• Determine gaps, problems, and workaround solutions.
• Act as liaison with SAP C4C customers for troubleshooting (investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems).
• Support the customer with in-depth technical knowledge on both new executions and existing projects.
• Support solution architects on a technical level during the sales process

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in successfully implementing projects in the SAP CRM environment or with relevant technologies related to CRM
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
• To be self-driven and always up to date with the latest technology and to acquire this knowledge self-sufficiently.

Preferred skills

• Current technical certification for SAP S/4HANA Cloud products or any relevant CRM technology

Experience

• Experience from working around ​​(IT) consulting, as a software developer or in the technical CRM environment
• Extensive technical experience working on large, complex, cross-solution software integration projects
• Experience in working directly with customers and partners on projects or in providing specialized services
