Business Analyst role will also work closely with finance partners based in Mumbai during the planning and forecasting cycles. The role would require learning of financial processes and planning tools such as Resources@Citi used by the Risk Organization.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Design, manage and analyze Headcount reporting data/trends and provide periodic reporting.
- Review attrition and transfers trends and highlight significant shifts to management.
- Work with Business Execution leads to collect, consolidate and information as required by the Staffing Adequacy process.
- Support broader Workforce Management initiatives and provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary, working with multiple stakeholders including CAO’s/Business Execution Leads and Human Resources
- Support Headcount Annual / QMMF Planning process by working with NY Business Office team and Finance partners in Mumbai.
- Assist in consolidation of information and in the development of decks and other material for internal senior leadership.

Qualification & Education:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
- Experience/Knowlege in KNIME
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred.
