Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in International rewards (Compensation or Benefits), Canadian Regulations and compliance requirements including leaves and absences.
5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in stakeholder management.
Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.
Data-driven and detail-oriented with proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and inform key decisions.
Excellent communication skills for executive audiences to convey complex information clearly and succinctly through presentations, written communications, and verbal articulation.
