Your Career

As part of the role, you will be responsible for driving the discovery, build, adoption and ROI realization of Customer 360 as an analytics product across the company. Build action oriented connected decision-making OKRs and continually explore ways to embed AI. You will be a key enabler of Customer 360 by finding creative ways to visualize complex data to help in Palo Alto Networks growth.

  • Provide trusted data to executives by proactively monitoring data quality, and fixing the issues at Source to enable data-driven decision making.

Your Experience

  • Overall 12+ years of experience in the data & analytics domain.

  • Experience in Product Management including managing delivery of data & analytics products from start to finish at enterprise scale.

  • Ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analysis and drive actionable recommendations through a data driven process (knows “how to data”).

  • Full familiarity and understanding of end-to-end customer journey in B2B space and respective OKRs within each phase and ability to translate into easy to understand insights and visualizations.

  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with business stakeholders and ability to present to executives.

  • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to build simple, elegant and impactful executive and operational products, dashboards, analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar BI platforms.

  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills to translate complex business needs into data structures.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative field or relevant experience.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $164000 - $266000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
