Role and Responsibilities
- Business Results: Deliver Sales & Profitability (P&L) of the product division, driving leadership market share.
- Strengthen the channels and improve the processes through continuous go-to-market development
- Manage strategic channel partnership to achieve business plan.
- Provide the strategic sales strategies in achieving the target growth & revenue numbers
- Provide leadership direction to the multi-functional team and coach them in delivering their outputs
- Be familiar with the current market trends and conditions as well as good knowledge & network of the consumer electronics industry
- Manage operational efficiency (e.g. Supply Chain Management scores, forecast accuracy, AR collection scores etc) as well as capital budget
- Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve business goals and objectives through strategic sales initiatives like joint business planning and joint customer action plans.
- Possess the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change through effective enrollment, execution & leadership.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least more than 10 years of relevant working experience as a general manager or sales leader for large organization
- Excellent networking in the industry or/and strong ability to build strategic customer relationship management
- Excellent sales management
- Ability to interact well with all levels and excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to manage a multi-functional team, to lead & drive business direction
- Candidates from a complex multi-brand industry either from top Technology companies
