Key Responsibilities:
Lead the retail sales team and manage C-level relations at retail partners.
Develop and implement the Nordic Retail Sales strategy.
Track sales reporting, forecast, inventory management, and sales analysis.
Ensure top-class communication for the full virtual Consumer team and key stakeholders in marketing and category.
Weekly reporting into the HP region (NWE).
Manage the creation of collaborative joint retail marketing plans and execution of retailer account plans.
Education & Experience:
University or bachelor’s degree.
Solid experience in sales management towards retail partners in a complex environment.
Solid experience in the IT industry.
5-10 years of experience working with IT/CES retailers.
Ideally 3-5 years of sales management experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Solid knowledge of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel landscape in the Nordics.
Business planning skills, multidimensional.
Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable managing high complexity business planning and reporting.
Strong communication skills in senior management internally and externally.
Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
Online savvy.
Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
Leadership skills and cross-functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing, ops).
Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages, Norwegian language skills is preferred.
