As a Manager, you’ll build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a portfolio of projects by focusing on high value opportunities. You’ll lead presentations and proposals for complex projects or elements of highly complex projects and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals.

Drawing on your skills and experience, you'll stay abreast of innovative commercial insights for clients. You’ll also assist in packaging overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality products.

• Lead and manage projects focused on conduct risk assessments, market conduct reviews, and consumer protection compliance.

• Provide advice on conduct risk management and market conduct to senior client stakeholders.

• Oversee the development and implementation of conduct risk frameworks, market conduct policies, and consumer protection regulations.

• Experience in managing regulatory change initiatives, including planning, communication, and coordination with regulators.

• Conduct comprehensive risk culture and conduct reviews within financial institutions.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support.

• Stay updated on the latest regulatory developments in conduct risk, market conduct, and consumer protection.

• Develop and deliver training programs on conduct risk and market conduct for clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conduct risk management into broader risk management frameworks.

• Conduct root cause analysis of conduct risk incidents and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.

• Participate in industry forums and working groups to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.

• Assist clients in developing and implementing effective consumer protection strategies.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing conduct risk controls and recommend enhancements.

• Strong understanding of high conduct risk areas including Complaints Management, Product Program, Sales, Disclosure practices.

• Demonstrate experience in managing PMO, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Lead client engagements, from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling compliance and risk management services

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Strong educational background from a top institution, quantitative/ finance/ economics/ actuarial programme.

• Min. 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting environment, a model development or validation team in the financial industry

• Experience in working in a project-based, team-oriented environment, ideally in the banking sector or consulting, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering in fast-paced and demanding environments

• Excellent analytical, report-writing, facilitation and presentation skills

• Strong management skills and proven people management skills

• Experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders
