In addition, you will:
• Develop strategies for technology architecture and ensures that they align with business strategies and processes; manages and develops technical resources and architecture staff to deliver high quality solutions and results.
• Lead with a strong technology architecture point of view, guiding and contributing to decisions pertaining to software development, software acquisition, infrastructure technology, network and security, data and business architecture. Guides technology investment priorities across the enterprise.
• Manage and develop talent and technical skills within the enterprise architecture resource team; employs team to deliver high quality solution advisory services and drive governance in order to meet business requirements and enterprise needs.
• A combination of an architecture and engineering background
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI), security, data, business architecture, application development (SDLC) and infrastructure
• Success with delivering and executing on initiatives
• Strong communication skills when speaking with business leaders, executives as well as engineers and developers
• Ability to build strong relationships among stakeholders
Job Description
  • Develops strategies for platform engineering and insures that they align with business strategies and processes; manages technical resources and engineer staff to deliver high quality programs.
  • Develops strategies for platform engineering and creates a vision that aligns with business strategies, processes and needs.
  • Designs best practices, standards, engineering approaches and complex technical resolutions for processes.
  • Oversees overarching quality improvement efforts for platform engineering.
  • Manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the technology management team and key staff.
